A few Tax $'s well spent!

Bought this truck today for $500. It has a 78 Olds 350. Runs, been sitting for about 2 years. It was parked because someone told him the converter was going out. This truck will be getting the 406 that Im building. Shave the mirriors and door handles and emblem's. Im thinking or putting the 4 headlights in. I dont like the single headlight. I have a set of 17x8's already. Maybe Hot Rod Flatz Flat white with some kind of rough brush pin stripe. LOTS OF IDEAS!!!

Re: A few Tax $'s well spent!

Well I drove it to the shop today and washed off the 2 years of dirt and mold. It runs pretty good. The trans does need to be rebuilt. If you put it in Drive it slips pretty bad but if you pull it down in First and shift it out it pulls pretty good.... Good enough to smoke an old tire lol The trans turned out to be a BOPC TH400.
