Re: Free for the taking in Northern VA
Do you need one person to take it all? If not, I'd like the fenders, inners, and the gas tank. Let me know when and where...you can pm me with address...I will be in NVA next week (and should be able to come by Wednesday the 4th or Thursday the 5th if that works for you.

Re: Free for the taking in Northern VA
I've been waiting for you to call me out on my lack of progress!
Nah, sort of at a standstill. Life has gotten in the way. I may be moving in the next couple of months, and if that happens, I'll need to hoard my pennies. Unfortunately the truck has been on the back burner... How about you?

Re: Free for the taking in Northern VA
not bad here, need to find a nice hood and getting ready for a paintjob... wife says when I make O-4 I can get it painted... hopefully that will be within the next year!
Did you decide not to use that turbine system to paint?

Re: Free for the taking in Northern VA
I was going to hire out the paint using my tax return, but if I have to move, I'll need the extra cash, so the plan now is to use the turbine system for the whole thing...
This should be interesting!

Sounds good to me, practice on mine and perfection on yours!
Local move, shouldn't be going far. I still have 2 years left here
