Yeah, I got mine last night. That is really a sweet ride. I thought the history behind the truck and why it was rebuilt was really nice as well. I noticed he was bagged and "c" notched but it did not look like the floor of the bed was moved. Do ya think the top of the rear punkin' might be hitting the floor with it sitting that low?

I have that mag, nice resto job, but I must say you won't see that kind of stance or color on mine. Its just not me.

I was reading the artcile about it last night and found that he media blasted it. Sounds like a good idea. I've been considering having that done to mine since we took the frame to a guy to glass bead it.

Its a good story too, a great reason to restore one. I hafta say mines not quite as dramatic as that one, but mines been in the family from day 1 as well.

I wish this mag would pay alittle more attention to '67-72s, from what I recall they always shove them in the last 2 or 3 pages.

I agree, I wish they would shine more light on them as well. DarkFox1, sounds like you have a nice project too.

Same here, its disappointing when theres not more 67-72s in it, specially the BURBS. Would be cool to have a Mag, JUST for 67-72 Trucks and Burbs.......*sigh*...in a perfect world....

Church,

I bet the top of the differential is right below the bed floor when it's lowered. Mine is a little lower than that truck in the back so I raised my bed floor an inch and a half instead of cutting a hole in the bed.

Yeah, a sweet truck. For me though, I'd put 17's on it.
