67-72 burb receiver hitch

I'm striking out left and right on finding a receiver hitch to bolt up under a 71 burb I just bought. My diesel conversion on my 67 gmc has slowed down and I needed a quick fix. So I tripped over a cheapo 71 burb to hold me over but I need to be able to tow a car trailer with it, and I can't find any info on what hitches will work.

Early Classic Enterprise (ECE) sells a really nice bolt in hitch.

Hands down ECE is the place for these trucks and Burbs. I was talking with Stan Last week and will be ordering my Hitch today. I have one of theirs in my 70 SWB LowBuck truck and have been towing everything with it. Get the full kit they offer with the wiring (Plug and Play), lic flip bracket and receiver, well worth the money.

ECE does sell great stuff. I am using one off of a pickup the works fine. It comes out below the license plate. I would like to have a hidden one some time though. My burb is lowered so I have to have a slide in that is offset up.

Re: 67-72 burb receiver hitch

Thank you for the info about early classic. I was more interested about what trucks at the local junk yard I can pull one from. My burb is stock height and I don't really care about hiding the hitch behind my banged up bumper. I was wondering if I could pull one off a 73+ long bed or blazer, and what issues I may run into.

as long as each session is 2 or 3 hours long, that would be enough I suppose...
