Bought both items from board members and decided to go another route. Just trying to recoupe my money here.

Stepside steps & brackets. No rust through, but looks like someone sliced a couple bolt holes with the hotwrench, but can be repaired. $25.00 plus shipping.

Set of 4 dogdish hubcaps. $25.00 plus shipping - SOLD!!!
