replacing side molding

Removing and replacing side molding is there a correct way and a way that will not mess up a new paint job. Some of the side molding was missing when I bought this truck. I have removed it all but the right front top because it seems there is no way to get to it. Do I have to remove the inner fender wheel well? If so how do I replace all the side molding with new after I have it painted? Do I have to take the fenders loose and reach up or what?

I am asking because next month when I take it to be painted I will know. I might even ask what it would cost extra for the painter to put it on. I do not want to mess up a new paint job.
