but it's in Cali... it's not THAT nice for that part of the world.
If you do go buy it, measure the door openings and make sure they are true. Laying it on it's back wall with no doors is REAL bad on the cab with all the weight of the firewall on top like that.

thanks for the link. I sold that guy those inner fenders and a bunch of other parts including a junk cab. Im gonna call him and pay him the $35 hes asking for the cab At least I dont have to deal with ebay

ya i wish i could of found this before we started fixing rust on my cab... then i could of still drove my 72... and worked on this cab... then i couldve swapped cabs... but oh well it dont matter to me i thought somebody could benfit from my post so i put it on here for you all

Has anyone ever checked on shipping for a cab? If the price is only 50 bucks or so the shipping might make still a good deal for those of us in the rust belt!

There was somebody selling a bare cab (rust free) in CA and a SWB frame - for around $300 (if I remember correctly) and I looked into shipping it to Ohio - nobody would touch it...

Oh well - what would I have done with a rust free cab here in Ohio - it would have been picked on and made fun of by all the other rusty stuff in the yard...
