Re: does anyone have 22s all the way around see some pics

Can anyone tell me what backspace I would need to run a 22x8 or 22x8.5 in the front, and a 22x10 in the rear on a 68 Fleetside?

What brand wheel do you have in mind? I am thinking of the BOSS 338, 20" that has 6 1/4"BS for my 67 stepper. The 67-68 differentials are a bit narrorer than the later models also.

I am going to be going with a set of GFG, 3 Piece wheels. They can make them in any backspace I want, i just need to make sure I get it right.

Is there a difference btn fleet and step beds as far as clearence goes? It seems like it would be much easier to tuck into step fenders

What backspacing are you running? Do you have a drop-member?
