what does these mean?

what do they mean when they say slip on rocker panels, are there two types of rocker panels?

I think you can put the slip-on over your existing rocker, they also have slip-on cab supports. Most guys go the whole way and do a full replacement rocker panel.

Agreed. Get the proper replacement, and go all the way, and get that rust out of there.
