305 v6
I know of a 305 v6 that would be good for parts or to rebuild. out of a truck with a powerglide on the back of it.

Re: 305 v6
Might get some takers here:
http://www.6066gmcguy.org/ Thing is 305's are still pretty common and not worth too much. But, the GMC V-6 to automatic transmission adapter and flywheel are another story. The GMC V-6 had a unique bell housing bolt pattern. Rather than come up with Powerglide and Turbo 400 transmission cases to fit the V-6, GMC just made an adapter that fit the V-6 and mated to Chevy pattern automatic transmissions. That adapter and flywheel can be used to bolt most any Chevy transmission to a GMC V-6.

Re: 305 v6
I know this thread is a few months old but do you know where I can find a flexplate for 305 v6 with a TH400 transmission? Would the Powerglide flexplate work? Is that parts engine/transmission still available?
