Almost everyone who does body work can do spray in liners. Depending on your ride, Craigslist might be a cheap way to go?

Re: Spray in bed liner az

I did in my 07'. I used Inyate, they do a lot of work for our city trucks. The guys I used are in Chandler, and they also have an option to spray something that keeps it shiny longer.

I had a 96' for about 10 years that in had Rhino lined and it went dull in about 2 years - pretty much greyish.

Hope this helps.
