Not sure on the splicing....I'm ONLY ass-u-ming that you could use this one as a template and cut it along the top and both sides and re-weld those areas??.....

I'll go $25 shipped to you....

Not soon enough, Geoff! The radio station is keeping watch over the shop and according to them, it will be done "sometime this Summer"

Sure...I'll sell it....I picked it up thinking it was something else....so where does that get installed??....Is it on front of an engine (maybe a 6-cylinder??)
