Kajun Jon is guy who does 4 speed resto's. http://www.kajunjon.com/
It is a M-21 which is the close ratio. M-21/22 gear ratio: 1st 2.20:1, 2nd 1.64:1, 3rd 1.28:1, 4th direct, Rev 2.27:1. The mounting ears are good, never repaired.

No stand. I didn't get the stand in the deal. Right now it on a wooden stand with casters on the bottom of it. Yes there is a cherry picker & also a fork lift. So no problem loading it into a truck bed.
