i found this center console on craigslist for 45 bucks. is it a good deal?

Yup, no cracks and that color are hard to come by.

I came across mine for $15 and its in better shape

Check it good for cracks! But yeah...A seatbelt holder console for that price is a bargain (especially with the trim). $15 for one that was in better shape was a steal. Cupholder consoles (which are a later style) are usually cheaper.

Yeah all that thing needs is the little ashtray in the middle, you can get those at lmc or golden state. If there are cracks you can plastic weld them on the inside.
