Frame and Mount Questions

I am finally to the point of mocking up the drivetrain on my truck, but I have a few questions:

#1: Can anyone tell me if ECE's Gen III motor mount kit will work on a 4 wheel drive frame? I'm not sure of the diffences between a 4wd and 2wd frame, other than the obvious suspension components.

#2: The holes in my core support mounting brackets are different sizes. The passenger side hole is quite a bit larger than the driver's side. It doesn't look like it was made larger because of rust either. Can any one clue me in on this?

#3: With the motor and tranny I got out of a 2007 Silverado, I picked up a push button transfer case. I'm not sure if I am going to use it or not, since the front output is on the other side. Has anyone out there done this swap?

I will post some pics as soon as I figure out how.
Thanks
