custom dash insert
Had an idea for a dash insert... I have an old insert laying around similar to a pic from one of the for sale ads.
Just wanted to know if there is any way to get that middle portion off to where its just the bare frame. |

the entire piece is metal,you would have to cut it out completly

If you want the woodgrain off of there, just use steel wool and windex.. Then paint it if need be. Trevor

Thats what Im aiming for Trev. I started that proccess today. Basicly what I have is some old emblems... Im going to fill the portion where the 'siera classic' peice was. The center will be black (as will the rest of the interior), with silver around the edge. I think it will look nice. If it does, great. If not, well heck it was an old peice anyhow.
