lock cylnder stuck?

i turned the key to acc position, push the pin in, but i cant pull the lock out? and to make matters worse the key doesnt stay in the lock, so i cant pull on it while i push in the pin. any tips? thanks

Can you try it with another key? Sounds like your key is worn out. Just my guess.

the key still operates in the the lock, my problem is that i cant seem to get the lock cylnder out

OIC.... you mentioned that the key would not stay in to pull on it.

Try spraying WD40 around the lock. It may be stuck do to age. If all fails PM LocDoc on this site.

They usually pop out once you insert the paperclip into the hole.

got it apperantly you need to continue turning the key counter clock wise while pushing the pin,and the lock will pop out. thanks for the input and quick response.-vasquez
