austex66 Registered User Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: Austin, TX Posts: 78	Parts Don't Fit! I am in the process of rebuilding my heater box, and I finally got my heater core today and came home to start assembly and the core doesn't fit! The "necks" are 1/4"-1/2" to wide and the heater box won't fit around them. Should I hold out and get them to re-send one that will fit, or just grind the box to make it fit?
