Wait 4 Me
I've been seeing a couple of people throw this Wait 4 Me program out in the posts and it's got me curious. Can anyone tell me about this? Is it a programmer or does the computer physically have to be flashed? Is it for power, mileage, or what? How well is it priced?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Wait 4 Me
I have no experience personally with W4Me tunes. I'm pretty sure they are a mail-order tune. How it works is, its a custom tuned PCM that you can have set up to your specifications, the tuner you buy it from tunes it by software and mails it out to you and you swap it in place of the PCM on your vehicle and mailing the previous PCM back.
A lot of people will say a custom tune is the best bang for the buck. I got a custom tune from Charlie Wheatley from Texas and I absolutely love it.

Re: Wait 4 Me
So, is the Wait 4 Me tune an EFI Live product?
What all did you get with your custom tune?

I think, but am not sure, that wait4me does a "standard" tune but you can request specific things to be done. But that might run a little more than the "standard" price. Here is my review of the tune. Looks like he has raised the price. Might take a bit longer for it to pay for itself with gas back down right now, but mine payed for itself.

Re: Wait 4 Me
Kevin,
Thank you so much for that write up of your experience. Are you still getting those claims? Did the tune cost you around 70.00 or so (if you don't mind me asking)? Thank you again. Cory

Re: Wait 4 Me
Wait4me knows what he is doing. He has tuned several computers for my brother. His name is Jesse, give him a call and he will answer any of your questions.
