70 C-10 Driveline whine

Need some ideas on where to go next.
A couple of weeks ago I started hearing a noise while the truck is moving. Noise changes pitch as speed increases. Thought it might be wheel bearings. A buddy stuck his head out as we went down the road and he thought it was in the rear wheel. So, I replaced the rear wheel bearings and still had the noise. I did the front inner and outer bearings Friday night and still the noise. Where to next ?? Transmission, Clutch, U-Joints??. Clutch replaced 15 k ago, U-joints less that 3k. ANY IDEAS welcome.

Do you have a 1 or 2 piece drive shaft? If its a 2 peice check your steady (center) bearing and also your U-joints.

First place to check would be the U-joints, they start to squeak and whine when they are shot. If they seem to be tight, then check for any play in your center bearing, but like Bernie said, only if it's a 2 piece
