Turn Signal Help

Hopefully, this is an easy one, but I've pulled the steering wheel 3 times playing with it and can't figure it out.

Installed a new turn signal in 71 C10, but auto cancel is only working when turning right. When turning left the signal stays on. What am I missing?

Thanks for any help!

Re: Turn Signal Help

Spring missing or broken, the plastic cam might be broken as well. Try the Help section at an auto parts place.

your steering wheel may not be centered, my truck tends to do this especially after i do donuts!

Re: Turn Signal Help

Thanks guys, I'll pull the wheel off again and make sure everything is centered. If I wasn't so neurotic, I'd just let it go.
