Repop Radio Delete panel available?
Would anyone happen to know of a vendor that carries reproduction radio delete panels? I checked the LMC catalog (both printed and online) and came up with zilch. Or a radio bezel that looks retro but fits modern car stereo head units (non-CD player, since I want to install a CD changer in the future). I wouldn't mind something in either polished aluminum or brushed-billet, since I'm considering getting a billet dash bezel. Haven't decided on that yet.

I'm pretty sure the radio deletes aren't repopped.

Nuts. Well, that figures. I might have to fab up my own radio panel then. Unfortunately the P.O. of my truck decided to hack the dash to make a late-model BIG head unit fit. Crap. I have to do something with that big hole he left.

Someone on here makes machined aluminum panels that are made to cover that area once they've been hacked for radios. I don't recall who...72bluz just bought one. You could try sending him a PM to find out where he got it from.

I think it is member Mekdad that is making the radio plates, check the parts board, should find them there.

I'm sure if you post a "wanted to buy" thread, you'd find a radio delete pretty quickly.

You might even watch the parts board if you would like to have an original one. They come up quite often.

Re: Repop Radio Delete panel available?
The only problem he would have with originals is they're made to mount in the two knob holes. If the dash has been cut out, you would have to find another method to mount it.
