New Project
Sold my 70 Burb and swore I was just going to buy a turn key rig for wheelin, maybe even a Jeep. Never found a Jeep to my liking and ran across this.
It came with no drivetrain, but a guy at work was selling a 350 and I already have a 465/205 setup at home. Hopefully get it running this month and enjoy for the summer then do some more work on it. |

Re: New Project
Nice new project, define "rig for wheelin" a little better for us.
What are you hoping for an end result? |

Re: New Project
The lift is all old school big 6" blocks in the rear and even has 2" blocks in the front. Plan to do a schackle flip in rear and get some Tuff country springs for the front . The body is pretty rust free except the rockers, truck was originally from Nevada. Has factory air and tilt, has CST emblem on glovebox but the sticker is gone so I dont know what factory options it came with.
Plan is to run 35s and just set it up for easy trail riding and camping, nothing hard core. |

Re: New Project
Nice score! Looks solid. Are the front springs factory or lift springs? If they are lifted I might be interested in buying them. I am right down the road in Concord.

Re: New Project
Looks like good score, but get rid of the blocks up front before you drive it!
