Speed warning pics for 71 super
Here are the pics of you restored speed warning gauge. I pm'ed you the details on what all that was done to it. I took one pic inside and one outside to try and get a good one. It is ready to go.

That's nice. I sent you a pm about rebuilding the one I have. I have one in the truck now, and found this one a long time ago in a dash of a wrecked truck. It's in peices. Thanks for sharing I knew someone had to be redoing them!

Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs. |

It really depends on the cond. of the one that you have. As you know you cannot find parts for these and I do not have any donors so if they are missing parts or if I break something on one then I am SOL so the only way I will do one is if it is in good cond. to start with. So thirdstreet to answer you question it depends on the cond.
Andy pm returned. By the way, the one in the pic has a vynil overlay on it because the face plate was in bad cond. Thanks PT

Got the PM. I guess it's not repairable then by what you are saying. I have the face plate warning needle, speed needle and the guts of the speedo but I'm not sure if I have everything. The face is OK but has some custom painting on it that I did myself Ha Ha!
Here is the face plate with both needles.  If I remember right this is the guts of it minus the speedo.  This is a regular speedo.  What do you think? Is there any hope for it?
