Interior Q's
I found this Craig's add, I want to do a black change over. I have found that a lot of these square body parts are broken up 73-80 and 81-87. LMC sells the door panels and guage bezel the same way.
I'm just wondering what the difference between my 77 door panels and guage bezel is? Are the seat belts the same? I am really only after the visors, but he wants to get rid of it all. http://sacramento.craigslist.org/pts/1113566914.html

Re: Interior Q's
the door panels will work if you change out the inside door handles to 81-87,the bezel will work but it's not going to fit great, and every think else will be fine because my truck is a 80 and the headliner trim, seat belts, dash, and sun visor are from a 84

Re: Interior Q's
All of the parts are pretty much interchangeable. They just look different. I think the interior door handle is the main thing that will require the most work. The dash bezel on trucks before 84 had the windshield wiper button on the bezel, where the 84-87 didn't so that is a difference. They will both fit though you would just have a hole there if you don't have the switch.

Re: Interior Q's
The seat belts will need new mount holes. When I tried to put seat belts from a 85 in my 77, I put the newer belts in the stock 77 holes and the housing where the webbing coils into stuck too far out into the door path. I tried to drill new holes this past weekend but had problems with my buddies welder and was unable too.
