Re: My Truck is done, what do you think?

Sweet
all the work pays off great two tone paint and love the wheels

I've always been a fan of the 81-82 front bumper with the lights

one suggestion

ditch the bright yellow/orange bumper sticker can't see what it is
but it looks like a pimple

if it has to stay so be it but not so pretty on a great lookin truck

Congrats on a great job!!
Mark

Re: My Truck is done, what do you think?

I think you have done great work. The end result is an impressive looking LWB that should be fun for cruising or showing.

I have to agree with impalamark about the sticker on the front bumper. It's really distracting on a very clean looking truck....

That looks sharp! I'd love to see *that* going down the autobahn! Are you stationed in Nuremberg, or a native/resident? I spent some time there (William O'Darby Barracks - no longer exists) in Fürth back in the eighties. Beautiful area there!

Awesome truck. I usually don't like the "phantom" grill but it fits perfectly on your truck, very nice

Re: My Truck is done, what do you think?

Truck looks good. I don't remember who it was but somebody said in their signature that a project is only done when it goes to someone elses driveway. (Or something along that line.) But I like it for now.

That might be my analogy that you are trying to quote. I always say a project is never finished until the new owner is driving off in it.

That was it! I knew I had the idea close but could not place who or the right wording.
