Do I offend?

Man, I must have said something wrong, or maybe my ? was too boring. Any case I'll try again.
Does anyone know or even better could you post a schematic of the wiring diagram for the factory tach for a 67-72.
I'll save my second ? for later. Maybe it's against the rules to put two questions on at once.
Thanks for any help.

Re: Do I offend?

Thanks 463 that is an awesome diagram, but I did not see anywhere on it that shows the tach wiring. I was hoping someone has personal experiemce with it or could send a pic. Thanks though.

Re: Do I offend?

I don't have a pic, but one side of the tach gets 12v switched power from the fuse box and the other goes to the - terminal on your coil (or the TACH terminal on a HEI).

Thanks, I'll try it tonight if I get a free nanosecond between the kids, home improvement and the motorcycle projects.
