pulled a neer mint 1960 2wd chevy p/u out of a barn
wondering if anyone can decode the engine casting number (not to sure if its the right number (it was on the tag in the door frame)
i know its the original engine the number on the door was c505198 |

You will need to get the numbers from the block. The door tag gives no engine info

where on the truck or how would you find information on the trim codes? and color codes? |

on the 4-5-6 trucks there is a tag riveted to the drivers side kick panel....not sure on a 60 though
