big block engine mounts 1971
I can't remember the difference between 67-70 bbc frame/moter mounts and those for 71 & 72. I can see the difference but would the newer ones work on my 69? any mounting problems? the 71's look stronger.

I'm pretty sure the change was 72 only. They are stronger, but you have to have the 72 frame stands to make them work. They mount up completely different from the old flat biscuit mounts.

I have the frame stands and the engine mounts-this was in the junkyard and 71 was written on the truck,so you are proably right about 72 only-will they together fit thr trucks prior to 72?

They bolted right in on my 68. Should be no problem for you.

68-71 are the same. 72's are different, however they will all work on any 68-72. 67 chassis need modifications. WES
