Got both trucks out today and went for a drive
Had the time to drive both trucks today with my 5 yr old son, who loves these trucks as much as me. We drove the new addition 1970 6 cylinder three speed and while that was fun to drive, it did not compare to big brother. My 1970 c20 with 350 and 350 turbo. I love the simplicity of the one, but it is hard to beat the sound and power of the eight. The CST seems like a luxury liner with power steering, power brakes, etc compared to the simple six cylinder with radio delete. Both are great trucks and will be with me for a long time. I know this is useless without pics, so tomorrow I will snap a few while both trucks are outside the garage.

Re: Got both trucks out today and went for a drive
Glad to hear that you got the trucks out today and that your son enjoyed the ride as much as you. Start them when they are young and they will love them when they are old...
