Tractor changes my plans

Was out moving my junk around with the tractor and was watching the bucket so I wouldnt scrape the 56 Caddy and failed to look over my shoulder. I just bumped my 71 K20 just enough to tweak the grill surround and the inner support, break the plastic insert and tweak the bumper.

I have a new surround, insert and bumper. I also had another center support piece. I hadnt planned on using this stuff yet and the bumper was going to go to Livrat (sorry Mark, PM'd you). I could have driven it like it was, but that would have just looked too crappy. So I stuck it all on today. I forgot what a hassle it is doing this.

I had planned on having a white front and rear bumper and white mirror arms. I was also going to do the white pin stripe down the upper body line. Now I am kind kind of liking all the shiny stuff, lol. I dont want to change the mirrors I really like them. Andy suggestions on what color I should paint the support arms? Ill probably just paint the rear step bumper silver.

Here a couple of pics of her when I got her and a few pics from today out at the farm.

Re: Tractor changes my plans

Sorry for your mis hap, but the new inner and outter grill look alot better in my opinion. I would try some Argent Silver on the arms, its not too bright, but not flat either.

Yes it is. If I were you I would go back to the black wheels, and put the hubcaps on.

Re: Tractor changes my plans

LOL, if you were me you would do what I did =). Me personally I hated the black wheels. Ugly and too wide for my liking. And the tires were ugly too....But thats just me

I do love black wheels on a black car or truck when its lowered. Oh also with the small caps.

Wow, what a difference that makes. Your truck looks waaaaay better now! Exactly how I'd do it if it was mine.

Please don't put a red interior in it!

I like the wheel and tire package as much as the grill and bumper.
I love the original style white with center caps.
What tire size are you running on the white wheels?

I would paint the mirror arms white, and still do the pinstripe. Looks sweet CG.
