what oil to use on a stock 350. don't know the original miles on the motor. when i got the 67 truck it had 55,ooo.I doubt the motor is original

probably 10w-30. What year is the motor? most of the newer 350's use 5w-30

If it's a used motor and you don't know any details about it, I'd run a straight 30w
