1966 c-10 Engine

I have a quick question. Can i put a three on a tree tranmission on a V8, and if i can what combination can i use? Thank You

i don't know for sure but my truck was three-on-the-tree originally and now has a SB V-8 and 4-on-the-floor. There seems to be enough clearance for the linkage by the steering shaft but I'm not sure what the linkage is like so once you get underneath I don't know but I would assume you could.

Yes you can. I put a 350 in my buddy's '59 a while back with 3 on the tree.
