factory tire size
Hey everyone,
What was the factory tire size on a 76 era C10? I'm asking cause I just put in a new autometer mechanical speedo and I want to make sure my tires are close to factory for correct speed. btw, it has 15 " rims, and overall height is 27 inches, 295/ 70 series tires

Re: factory tire size
Should be a 235/75R15.
295/70 seems like it would be awfully tall. |

Re: factory tire size
The 76 sales brochure says standard tire is a G78-15. That is just about a P215/75R15 or a P225/70R15 going by a conversion chart...
