pulled the wheels today!
so im playing around with the truck on the way back to school from lunch (our highschool is in the middle of no where )
and i pulled the thing down into first gear, and held about 4,000 rpm on the road... i started to pump the gas and rock the truck back and fourth as im driving about 40 mph or so. anyways long story short, i lifted the tires off the ground about 1/2 inch or so, a buddy was driving his truck next to mine, and saw daylight under the tires.. Im going to try and get a picture tomorow, but i thought I'd share here because most people i talk to just dont get it..

Re: pulled the wheels today!
im not kidding.
its not like i can just floor it and pull the wheels..i have to rock the truck. I.E floor it, let off, floor it again..and work my way up. the front suspension is compressing then rebounding which is what manly shoots the truck upwards. the wheelie is only for a second, but it is one helluva ride

Re: pulled the wheels today!
LOL, hes right.
I had a early bronco that I could put in first and floor it and let off, and after round two, had a similar effect. I didn't repeat often, but the d line did get some stress.
