I just bought a 67 swb with 72 front I want to drop my 2003 4.8 motor from a truck I just had totaled motor works tranny work I have everything from the 2003 to gut out. Need pointers on what elese to buy and around how much would this run me?

Welcome to the forum... Not sure if others have done this particular swap but I'll help you keep this on top since it looks like it may be an interesting mod. You may wind up being the first and we'll be asking you for pointers.

thanks guys, i found some guy he said he would do it but he wants to charge 3k to i think its to high. i really want to do it so if anyone could help it would be greately appreciated..

Don't think there's that much to it - not 3 grand, anyways - check the build section, a lot of guys have done 5.3's.
