What i did this winter

Well i thought i would post some progress on the truck since i finally got the frame painted.
Full rebuild on the trans and Np205 transfer case. All new brgs. and seals on the rears. All new brake hardware and drums.
Custom transfer case mounts.
Rear tank mount
Power steering upgrade
Imron paint
Now its on to the sheetmetal.
1st pic is the day i got it
2nd pic is teardown
3rd pic is frame redone

Planning a mostly stock 350 four bolt main with TBI and block hugger headers. I did do a 2 inch body lift for the 35s on amarican racing wheels.Since this is 4 wheel drive i had to engineer my own brackets for the power steering setup. Basicly it is the same as the kits you can buy for the gear to frame mount and the steering arm is hand made to fit the trunion bearing cap studs witch were replaced with longer grade 8 studs and then cut off the old steering arm flush with the new arm.P.S. dont even try to machine the stock steering arm, it is hard as H??? Here is some pics of the mounts for the 72 NP205 transfer case. And the steering setup.The mount for the case is 6x1/4 plate and i used the poly mounts from classic ind. for the 221 and some 3/8x6x4 angle. The steering gear is a 70 blazer 4wd as is the piman arm and the drag link is 70 chevy truck
