Do the vans use the same bases? If so, I saw some bases on a 73 van in local junkyard.

No, the vans are different. The seat folds forward like the Blazer except the bracket is longer since the floor is flat.

No picture. All Suburban panels (67-70) utility seats should be the same. Please let me know.

do you need the one that has the holddown in the middle or to the side.

Is the sub panel the only one that it came in? The one i saw was not in a sub panel.
