I think I remember a thread from a while back about where to route air lines and someone had a nice picture of a bulkhead fitting, or an air line or something through the frame or the crossmember? Does anybody remember that thread? Or have any ideas? Pics would be great. I can't find anything searching.

No...but man!!!! That's amazing. Great work. What I was looking for were just some simple ways of running the air line into the crossmember for the front bags. I think somebody had a 90degree bulkhead fitting and someone just drilled a hole and put a grommet in it to protect the line. I was hoping to find that thread, and maybe stir up some other ideas.

But thanks for those pictures, I'd really like to try something like that, but I think it's a little beyond my abilities right now. I might try a new fuel line to a tank under the bed, and maybe some brake lines, but I'd have to work up to air lines and all, especially as clean as all that.

The 08 is the 1/2". 02 is 1/8", 04 is 1/4", 06 is 3/8", 08 is 1/2", 12 is 3/4.

Just guessing here, but are your lines bent with some type of automated bender/ computer program, or so you do them by eye and by hand?

My eye's, tape measure and luck!!!

But it all depends on whitch ever one is working the best.
