Buddy Buckets?
A lot of people on here know I traded my 72 for a 68. Well the 68 is almost unusable due to rust issues inthe cab and I've got to come up with some money for a cab. How much do you guys think I could get for these? They are in "decent" shape but not great. Right now I don't care if I have to sit on a milk crate, I just need this thing on the road by next May. Here are pics, they come with all mounts and everything. I was hoping to get at least 250. Does that sound reasonable?

Re: Buddy Buckets?
$250 is a deal for the buyer. Before I read that you wanted $250 I was thinking $350 - $400.
Maybe you should try trading the seats for a solid cab.

Re: Buddy Buckets?
I've asked several people locally and no one wants them. Maybe they don't know what they are. I understand I won't be able to get a perfect cab but I at least want one that has a good windshield frame and inner cowl/firewall. Mine is shot. I can replace the cab corners, rockers, etc. I'm just not skilled enough for the other more difficult stuff, my cab is ATE UP!.

Re: Buddy Buckets?
Scott.... I hate to hear that you are wanting to sell the buddy buckets, but I completely understand. Let me check around here to see if I can hunt down a fairly solid cab and maybe you can keep those buckets.
For someone that knows these trucks, $250 would be a steal...

Re: Buddy Buckets?
The problem is I need to sell something to come up with the money for the cab. The seats are the only thing I've got of any value. Times are tough right now but I still want to move forward with the truck.

Re: Buddy Buckets?
Have you tried Craigs List? Those should sell pretty quickly for 400 bucks.

Re: Buddy Buckets?
I agree
$350-$450 easy... since the foam looks good.
