Rear 5 inch drop??
Hey guys, I have a question about dropping the rear of the truck 5 inches. Can this be done with just springs and shocks? If not, what else would be needed? Thanks

Re: Rear 5 inch drop??
You need two other things...
Shock relocator kit. This changes the shock angle and lengthens the shock back closer to stock Also, some kind of adjustable track bar to re-center the rearend under the truck.

Re: Rear 5 inch drop??
some people like to use angled shims to correct the pinion angle// it's also a good time to look into replacing your trailing arm bushings

Thanks guys. I was thinking that I would need those things as well, but I knew this would be the place to get all the right answers!
