Rear Air Bags for 4x4
Hello All,
I have a 1972 K20 4x4 Chevy. I just picked up a 9.5' cabover camper, and it's showing more sag than I would like. I've been wanting to get some air bags to help stabilize, but haven't found anyone who makes them for the rear leaf setups for the 72's. There are plenty on the market for 73-87 models though... Does anyone know of a manufacturer how supplies a correct application for a 72 K20? If not, has anyone tried using, and/or modifying a 73-87 set to use on their 72pickup? Any pros or cons? I don't want to hack up my truck just to make something else work. If not other options, I guess I'll settle for helper springs but would like to leave this as a last choice unless there are reasons that these would work better? Thanks. |
