From what I've seen, centered (thin bands) were on Cheyenne models, while the thick bands with offset came on the Silverado models.

Does anyone know who remakes these thin bands?

nobody, That's an ebay or craiglist item. I got mine off ebay a few months ago. There won't be any bands for months, then there will be like 7 all for sale at once sometimes.

You can always check out your local car shows/swap meets. I have seen several clean original pieces around here.
