71 door jamb?
my vin code is ce141j606345 is but the are doors are 72 the mirror is mounted on the windshield, could be a late 71 cab.

doors coulda been swapped on, cab coulda been swapped out (and the VIN moved to the new cab) there's no tellin with the very little bit of info given
