need motovation on '63 carryall/suburbon!!

i've got a '63 carryall..350-350-p/s-p/b..had it for over 20 yrs now..needs a complete go thru.. any pictures would help me get motivated.. came up with some good ideas ..
like make doors slide back..(like side doors on vans) but i don't know how to do it just yet..
looking for pictures,, or any other suggestions on what to do with truck...

Here's some pictures of a '63 GMC Suburban a friend of mine restored. These were taken at one of my "Rust NEVER Sleeps" truck shows in Vacaville in 2003.











These were taken at the 2004 RNS meet:




The original color of the truck was 2 tone red & white.
