Engine stands, motor mounts, or ???
OK guys, I need your help. I've heard this part (red arrow) called everything under the sun, what is the factory name? And, is the part interchangeable from a 250-6 to a 350? The one in the picture isn't mine, its a junkyard shot. My motor would never ever be that dirty! LOL.

Re: Engine stands, motor mounts, or ???
I call them engine stands, and YES, they are the same for 250 all the way to 454. There are holes labeled "6", and seperate holes labeled "8". I think you can figure it out from there.

Re: Engine stands, motor mounts, or ???
Thank you Sir! That's what I call them but local folks were looking at me like I was from outer space. The stands looked the same to me but I figured they would change as I drop in the 350.

Re: Engine stands, motor mounts, or ???
Mounts are the rubber part.
Only weird thing is the 292, it has the passenger side in a different spot.

Re: Engine stands, motor mounts, or ???
I call the frame stands, but they are the same on 1/2T trucks.
