things i need to do/get
in order of how i'm gonna do it:
1. get shocks mounts rewelded 1-1.5" over to accomadate flip kit plate. i'll get this done in middle of january when me and my friend take my truck up to his night votech class to fix it, and while i do that, i'm gonna have the bump stops removed then. i would remove them now, but i cant bolt on a shock on the drivers side, because the nut wont fit, so i'm gonna continue to ride on the bump stops until i get that done. 2. get new tires IF my current ones continue to get ate up since i rolled the fender lips today. 3. get drop shocks 4. get new shortie headers |

Is the leaf spring plate really that large? I have a DJM deluxe flip kit and it doesn't make contact with anything but the shock extender bolts. I put the heads facing outwards so it makes very little contact and I didn't trim at all. Sounds like you have a good plan. I bet it rides rough w/o a C-notch and stock application shock absorbers!
