New member with a 75 k10
Hello all,
I am new this forum and i am enjoying it so far there is a lot of useful info. i recent bought a 75 K-10 4x4 with a 350 motor and th350 tranny. It has some issues of course but i only gave $1000 for my dream truck. will be posting some of the problems and hope that you can help me out with them. It has rust damage on some of the fender panels but none on the cab. The carb has issues which i will hopefully get fixed this week has a slight oil leak from some where underneath. An i have to change the transmission cooler line which i have the prebent lines and need to know how easy it is to change them out? well hope that i can get some help with this issues and looking forward to replies. I tried to upload pictures but it said that a security token was missing. What do I do? |

Welcome to the site.
The tranny cooler lines are pretty easy to change, especially if they are already made for you. Your passenger side headers/exhaust pipes *might* interfere with your ability to swing a wrench, but still not all that hard. Take it easy. |

Re: New member with a 75 k10
Hello thanks for all the advice. yeah i think the trans lines will be simple i get them this week and will try and accomplish that next weekend along with the bolt on timing tab. That is a really good idea with the purple power and i will definately be doing that. Does anyone know how easy it is to change the 350 from the carb to the fuel injection. HERE IS MY FIRST SMALL PORJECT IT ONLY COST 10.00 TO GET THE STUFF. IT IS THE RADIATOR OVERFLOW AND IT IS FINISHED AND WORKING.
