how do i....

i was just wondering how i tell how long my leaf springs are, are all the mounting holes the same distance, i guess i just need some guidance, my plan is a 72 2WD to a 4X4 and i have a 76 frame and axles to do this with...i have looked and found a bunch of information on this, i just need to know what i have the 72 pickup is a half ton 2wd all stock with a 350/350 combo, the 76 is a 3/4 ton with a dana 60 and a 14 bolt FF rear axle, it had a 400/400 combo and was all stock, i just need to know what i have, any ideas??

Unless it was changed,the front axle should be a Dana44.The springs are measured from eye to eye mounted.The measurement may vary a bit due to varying arch.
