Best full lenght headers f/350 & 3speed on column?

I have been scouring through the forums and have yet to come up with the best full length headers. I don't want to go over $250 and don't want 1/4" flanges and want to be certain the headers clear all the linkages & z-bar.
What are you guys running?

then don't get headers. I have thorleys and they are great; thick flanges, good coating etc. they were pricey, and they come out low below frame, and I am thinking of going back to the ram horn 2.5" manifolds because I have angle plug heads and I really want my exhaust to be "tucked up" in the frame not visable from the ground on my 4x4. Oh yeah, thorleys will clear all linkages manual or auto, or so they say...on my auto there were no clearance issues.

I am looking at the Flowtech headers Summit #31500FLT, these show they work with column shift and they are a full length ceramic coated w/ 5/16 flanges for $259, anyone use these?

If the rear tube on the driver side slants just slightly forward and basically runs straight down then they will work with manual trans.
